Small Group Training

Training focused on improving fundamental lacrosse skills and basic mindfulness. Athletes will partake in small group skills sessions with our coaching staff. Sessions will run weekly throughout the summer and fall! Click below to learn more.

Peak Prep

Training geared towards current college athletes and athletes who are committed to play in college. Training sessions will take place weekly on Thursdays and will consist of strength and conditioning, lacrosse skills, and mental performance topics.

Individual or small group training for athletes looking to increase lacrosse and mental performance skills to up their individual game. Sessions are tailored to individual athletes skill level and future goals.
