Speed Development & Conditioning

Speed and endurance are two key traits of great lacrosse players. At PEAK180, we utilize a science-based training program to help our athletes maximize their performance and get in PEAK shape.

 

Lacrosse Skills

PEAK180 training sessions cover stick work, positional skills, and small space drills that are designed for the serious player who wants to take her play to the next level.

Mental training

Sports are more than talent, strength, and skills. The mental component of sports can make or break great players. We strive to teach our athletes mental skills to help them play at their PEAK.

 

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is empirically proven to have a powerful impact on athletic performance in many ways including focus, reducing anxiety, and enhancing recovery. At PEAK180, we teach our athletes how to practice mindfulness to improve both their performance and well-being.

 
 

Recovery

Emphasis on teaching athletes to listen to their bodies and properly recover so they can train to reach their PEAK.
